Section 432.118 - Period of ineligibility after revocation or forfeiture of license(1) A licensee whose license is revoked for violating this act or a rule promulgated under this act is ineligible to apply for a license for 2 years.(2) A person convicted of an offense under section 51 or any other gambling offense is ineligible to serve as an officer of a licensee or to participate in conducting bingo, a millionaire party, raffle, numeral game, or charity game for 1 year after the conviction becomes final.
