Section 388.1661t - [Repealed Effective 10/1/2024] Harper Woods school district; career technical education center(1) From the state school aid fund money appropriated in section 11, there is allocated for 2023-2024 only an amount not to exceed $1,000,000.00 to the school district of the city of Harper Woods to support the construction of a career technical education center.(2) Notwithstanding section 17b, the department shall make payments under this section on a schedule determined by the department.Repealed by 2024, Act 120,s 192, eff. 10/1/2024.Added by 2023, Act 103,s 119, eff. 10/1/2023.
