Section 388.1854 - State competitive scholarship, tuition incentive, tuition grant, Michigan reconnect, and Michigan achievement scholarship programs; quarterly paymentsThe sums appropriated in section 236 for the state competitive scholarship, tuition incentive, tuition grant, Michigan reconnect, and Michigan achievement scholarship programs must be paid out of the state treasury and must be distributed to the respective institutions under a quarterly payment system as follows:
