Section 333.17049 - Practice agreement; designation of physician; countersigning order or signing official form not required(1) A group of physicians practicing other than as sole practitioners may designate 1 or more physicians in the group to enter into a practice agreement under section 17047.(2) Notwithstanding any law or rule to the contrary, a physician is not required to countersign orders written in a patient's clinical record by a physician's assistant with whom the physician has a practice agreement.
