Section 324.74201 - Camp registration card; posting; definition(1) A person shall not camp on any state owned lands under the jurisdiction or control of the department without having first posted a camp registration card.(2) As used in this part, "to camp" means the erection of a tent or tent-type camper or the parking and occupancy of a travel or house trailer or truck camper.Add. 1995, Act 58, Imd.
