Section 324.21107 - Maintaining pollution liability insurance; limits

A person who installs or removes underground storage tank systems shall maintain pollution liability insurance with limits of not less than $1,000,000.00 per occurrence.

THIS SECTION IS REPEALED BY ACT 451 OF 1994 EFFECTIVE UPON THE EXPIRATION OF 12 MONTHS AFTER PART 215 BECOMES INVALID PURSUANT TO SECTION 21546 (3).
