Section 207.1110 - Misleading statement imprinted on shipping paper; prohibition; violation(1) A terminal operator shall not imprint, and a supplier shall not knowingly permit a terminal operator to imprint on the supplier's behalf, a false or misleading statement on a shipping paper.(2) A terminal operator who negligently imprints a statement that violates subsection (1) is subject to a civil penalty of $50.00 for each violation.(3) In addition to any other tax, fines, penalties, or sanctions that may be imposed, a terminal operator or supplier who knowingly violates subsection (1) is guilty of a felony.2000, Act 403, Eff. 4/1/2001 .
