1.Contents of articles. The articles of incorporation of a cooperative shall recite that they are executed pursuant to this chapter and shall state: A. The name of the cooperative; [1987, c. 141, Pt. 2.Articles not inconsistent with this chapter. The articles of incorporation may contain any provisions not inconsistent with this chapter determined necessary or advisable for the conduct of its business. [1987, c. 141, Pt. A, §6(NEW).]
3.Articles signed by incorporators. The articles shall be signed by each incorporator and acknowledged by at least 2 of the incorporators, or on their behalf, if they are cooperatives. [1987, c. 141, Pt. A, §6(NEW).]
4.Purpose and corporate powers. It is not necessary to recite in the articles of incorporation of a cooperative the purpose for which it is organized or any of its corporate powers. [1987, c. 141, Pt. A, §6(NEW).]
