Section 1692-A - Definitions

As used in this chapter, unless the context indicates otherwise, the following terms have the following meanings. [1983, c. 835, §1(NEW).]

1. Bureau. "Bureau" means the Bureau of Health.

2.Director. "Director" means the Director of the Bureau of Health or the director's designee.
