Amended by 2015, c. 170,§ 26, eff. when the Executive Director of the Maine Educational Loan Authority certifies in writing to the Chief Executive Officer of the Finance Authority of Maine that any consents required under documents of the Maine Educational Loan Authority in connection with outstanding bonds of the Maine Educational Loan Authority, if any, have been received.1987, c. 807, § 3 (NEW) .
