Section 11411 - Maine Educational Loan Program

There is established the Maine Educational Loan Program, referred to in this chapter as "the program" and administered by the Finance Authority of Maine, to carry out the purposes of this chapter. [2015, c. 170, §8(NEW); 2015, c. 170, §30(AFF).]

Amended by 2015, c. 170,§ 8, eff. when the Executive Director of the Maine Educational Loan Authority certifies in writing to the Chief Executive Officer of the Finance Authority of Maine that any consents required under documents of the Maine Educational Loan Authority .
