Section 1-606 - Court reporters to furnish copies

Court reporters shall furnish correct typewritten copies of the oral testimony taken at any hearing or examination upon request by any person and payment of transcript rates prescribed by the Supreme Judicial Court. [2017, c. 402, Pt. A, §2(NEW); 2019, c. 417, Pt. B, §14(AFF).]
