Section 6016-A - Sexual harassment prohibited; Maine Human Rights Act

A landlord or a landlord's agent may not subject a tenant to sexual harassment. [2019, c. 351, §4(NEW).]

Nothing in this subchapter limits the application of the Maine Human Rights Act. [2019, c. 351, §4(NEW).]
