Section 9:359.9 - Duty to cooperate; disclosure of informationA. When military necessity precludes court adjudication prior to deployment, the parties shall cooperate in custody or visitation matters.B. Within ten days of receipt, a copy of the deployment orders shall be provided to the other parent. When the deployment date is less than ten days after receipt of the orders, a copy shall immediately be provided.
