Section 22:1263 - Premises used as polling places; prohibited provisions excluding or limiting coverageA. A provision in a liability or other insurance policy which excludes or limits coverage solely because premises are being used as a polling place in an election shall be null and void and unenforceable as contrary to public policy.B.
