Section 416 - Service of motion to destroy reports and recordsA. A motion to destroy reports and records shall be served upon all of the following: (1) The district attorney.(2) The clerk of the court whose records are sought to be destroyed.(3) The head of any agency whose reports and records are sought to be destroyed.B.
