§ 659. Purchase of furniture and rugs

The Superintendent shall recommend the type and design of furniture and rugs he deems most appropriate for the Legislature’s use. No furniture or rugs shall be purchased for any of the Houses unless a written order, signed by the President of the corresponding Body, is presented.
