In order to grant the authorization or permit pursuant to §§ 64 and 64b of this title, the municipality where the development or subdivision is located may require the posting of a bond or security which shall not exceed two thousand dollars ($2,000.00). Said bond or security shall secure the situations foreseen in § 64d of this title.
