The Secretary shall have the power to transfer free of charge the right of ownership of the Paquito Montaner Park and the Juan Pachín Vicéns Auditorium, the Idelfonso Solá Morales Park, the Isidoro García Park, and the Luis Rodríguez Olmo Park to the autonomous municipalities of Ponce, Caguas, Mayagüez and Arecibo where they are respectively located.
Said transfer shall be conducted according to the procedure and the conditions established in this chapter, subject to the acceptance of the municipalities through an ordinance within a maximum term of eighteen (18) months as of the effective date of this act.
