§ 97. Individual right of employee

Nothing provided in this subchapter shall be construed as compelling an employee acting individually and not in concert with another, to render work or service without his consent. Nothing herein contained shall be construed as making it unlawful for an employee acting individually and not in concert with another, to give up his work or service.
