§ 3233. Civil liability of the Commonwealth, Department of Health and Evaluating Board

None of the provisions of this chapter authorize suits for damages against the Commonwealth or its officials or employees; against the Department of Health or its officials or employees, and against the Evaluating Board and its officials and employees, for their actions, decisions or the results of the diagnosis and the treatment given to the patient.
