§ 3139. Prescriptive term to file claims with regard to the Settlement Agreement

No municipality of Puerto Rico, nor any instrumentality, public corporation or other dependency of the Government of Puerto Rico which is not a party to the Settlement Agreement with the tobacco companies, may file a claim for damages against any tobacco company which is a party to this agreement, after one year from the date on which said Settlement Agreement was signed.
