§ 3135. Immunity from liability

The bonds issued by the Trust shall not constitute a debt of the Government of Puerto Rico nor of any of its instrumentalities or political subdivisions and neither the Government of Puerto Rico nor its political subdivisions shall be liable for the same, and said bonds shall be only payable from those funds pledged for their payment.

The Trust shall not be deemed to be acting on behalf of, or that it has incurred any obligation whatsoever toward the holders of any debt of the Government of Puerto Rico or of any benefited entity or toward third parties, even when the Trust has taken an action under this chapter which affects said benefited entity.
