§ 3026. Reports

The Council shall submit complete and detailed reports on its operations and financial status for each fiscal year to the Secretary and the Legislature within forty-five (45) days following the close of the corresponding fiscal year. In addition, the Council shall submit to the Secretary duly documented quarterly reports on the results of the evaluations performed with regard to the functioning of the government bodies or dependencies charged with supervising the entities that offer medical-hospital insurance services and also on the efficiency and effectiveness of the experiments or pilot plans, for the furnishing of health services that are implemented and the government efforts that are executed to attend to the priorities indicated in § 3008 of this title.

The Secretary, likewise, shall submit to the House and Senate Committees on Health and Welfare annual reports on the progress of its studies, the implementation of priorities and the development of the reforms contemplated by this chapter and specifically, the plans for the development, organization and distribution of resources for the furnishing of health services, the regionalization plan for the Health Services and Facilities Administration and the Educational Development plan as well as the distribution of the Health Fund.
