§ 3209. Meetings

The Board will meet within thirty (30) days after the date on which its members were appointed and took office. It will hold at least two (2) regular meetings a year for the consideration and solution of its official business but may hold as many meetings as necessary for the prompt transaction of its matters and duties. During its first meeting the members shall elect a Chairman from among themselves, who will hold office for the term and under the conditions provided by the regulations of the Board. The Chairman shall issue the call to meetings, which shall be served by the Director of the Examining Boards of the Department of Health.

Three (3) members of the Board will constitute a quorum. The agreements of the Board will be taken by a majority vote of the members present, which in this case shall be three (3) [members].
