The Board shall establish the requirements and mechanisms needed for the recertification of professionals on the basis of continuing education every three (3) years. It shall also provide for the certification of specialties when it deems it pertinent. The procedure for what is established herein shall be determined by regulations and in accordance with the provisions of §§ 3001 et seq. of Title 24.
