§ 2104. Implementation

The Governor shall designate a Commission of five (5) members from among the Secretaries of his Cabinet, heads of agencies, members of boards or commissions, or other persons of recognized expertise in the field of administrative law to render a report to him and to the Legislature on the progress in the implementation of this chapter in the various agencies of the Government of Puerto Rico, with its recommendations. This Commission shall be in charge of supervising and facilitating the implementation of this chapter. This Commission shall be operative for four (4) years counting from the effective date of this act, but its activities may be extended for additional terms at the Governor’s discretion.
