§ 99y. Special Independent Prosecutor’s Panel—Term of office

The term of office of a Special Prosecutor shall expire when he submits a final report to the Panel, pursuant to the provisions of §§ 99h—99z of this title. All property, cases files and documents related to the same shall remain in custody of the Panel.
