§ 1452m. Public Service Labor Relations Commission—Duties of the Chairperson

The Chairperson of the Committee shall be its administrative head and all matters of an administrative nature shall be handled by him/her. The Chairperson shall be empowered to appoint the administrative and professional personnel needed.
