§ 1452e. Jurisdiction—Court of First Instance

The Court of First Instance shall have jurisdiction to:

(a) Direct that the orders and final resolutions of the Commission be enforced, once they are reviewed by the Court of Appeals, in those cases in which an appeal has been made to this court pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.

(b) Direct that the orders and final resolutions of the Commission which have not been appealed before the Court of Appeals be enforced once the terms for reconsideration before the Commission and review before the Supreme Court have elapsed.

(c) Issue any provisional order of appeal or injunction that the Commission deems necessary.
