§ 1451t. Prohibitions—Represent more than thirty-five percent (35%) of the employees authorized to form unions

No labor organization in the public sector shall be the exclusive representative of a proportion greater than thirty-five percent (35%) of the employees authorized to form a union on the payroll of the Central Government.
