§ 695. Committee for Promotion of Patents and Registration of Discoveries—Rules and regulations

The Committee shall adopt those rules and regulations required for the proper enforcement of §§ 685-695 of this title, which rules and regulations shall, after approved by the Governor, have the force of law.
