§ 3532. Taxes; public nuisance

An injunction may be granted upon the petition of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico to enjoin and suppress the keeping and maintenance of a common nuisance. The petition shall be verified by the prosecuting attorney of the district in which the common nuisance exists, or by the Secretary of Justice, upon information and belief, and no bond shall be required.
