§ 4876. Rioting

The use of force or violence which disturbs the public peace, or the threat to use such force or violence by two (2) or more persons acting together and without the legal authority to do so, and the potential for doing so immediately shall constitute rioting, and any person who participates in a riot shall incur a fourth degree felony.
