§ 4852. Possession and transfer of forged documents

Any person who, with the intent to defraud, possesses, uses, circulates, sells, or passes for genuine or true any forged document, instrument or writing knowing that it is forged, altered, falsified or imitated shall incur a fourth degree felony.
