P.R. Laws tit. 33, § 4834
Any person who enters into the fenced premises or estate of another by forcing the fence or stockade without authorization from the owner or person in charge of said property, or with the intention of committing a crime shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
The entry by any person into the fenced premises or estate of another shall constitute a special classification subject to the penalty of a fourth-degree felony, when the crime of unlawful taking is, in turn, constituted, and the stolen good is an agricultural product. In those cases in which the monetary value of the stolen agricultural products exceeds one thousand dollars ($1,000) the penalty imposed shall be that of a third-degree felony.
