§ 4769. Profanation of a grave or interruption of a funeral

Any person who profanes the place of burial of a human cadaver, the objects therein devoted to honor its memory or those that contain its remains or ashes, or who prevents or interrupts a funeral, wake or funeral service shall incur a misdemeanor.
