In the event that the durable power of attorney provides for the alienation of one or more real properties of which the principal is the owner, in whole or in part, a description thereof shall be included therein. The real property of which the Principal is the owner, in whole or in part, and that constitutes his/her homestead shall also be identified. If the principal wishes that the power includes any property acquired after the execution thereof, it shall thus be stated in the document. The principal may exclude from such authorization any property or action that he/she wishes.
