§ 3904. Action against subsequent possessors

The vendor may bring his action against every possessor whose right arises from that of the vendee, even though in the second contract no mention should have been made of the conventional redemption; without prejudice to the provisions of the Mortgage Law, Title 30, with regard to third persons.
