The inventory shall include specifically for the purpose of collating them the sums which, having been paid by conjugal partnership, are to be deducted from the capital of the husband or of the wife.
The amount of the gifts and alienations which must be considered illegal or fraudulent, in accordance with section 3672 of this title, shall also be brought to collation.
