§ 3552. Stipulations forbidden

In the contracts referred to in the preceding section the contracting parties cannot stipulate anything contrary to law or morality, nor humiliating to the authority within the family pertaining respectively to the future spouses.

All stipulations not in accordance with the provisions of this section shall be considered void.
