§ 2164. Presentation after death

The person with whom such a will is deposited shall present the same to the Court of First Instance as soon as he hears of the death of the testator, and if he shall not do so within ten days thereafter he shall be liable for all injuries caused by delay on his part.

Any person having any interest in the will as heir, legatees, executor or for any other reason, may also present such will.
