§ 241. Consent—Not valid

Consent is not valid:

(1) When given to an abductor by the abducted before the latter has fully recovered her liberty.

(2) When obtained by violence or intimidation.

(3) When there is a mistake with respect to the person with whom marriage is to be contracted.
