Those who shall have obtained provisional possession or legal administration of the property of the absentee may petition, for their own security, that the Court of First Instance name two experts who, under oath, shall examine the real property of the absentee and report as to its condition. Such report shall afterwards be approved by the court and the expenses which may have been occasioned shall be paid out of the estate of the absentee.
