§ 342. Enforcement of taxes of Puerto Rico in courts of other states

The Governor of Puerto Rico, represented by the Secretary of Justice, or his delegate, is hereby authorized to bring before the courts of any state the pertinent actions for the collection of taxes owing to the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
