§ 284. Procedure for appeal in tax cases—Remedies of Commonwealth and its officials

All remedies and proceedings which the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico or any of the officials thereof may be entitled to file in the Court of First Instance shall be prosecuted according to the laws applicable thereto.
