§ 276. Allegation of nolo contendere

Any person accused by the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico of prohibited acts or of attempt to commit prohibited acts under §§ 258, 260, 263(f) and 264 of this title, may present allegations of nolo contendere in the Court of First Instance of Puerto Rico. Said allegation shall not be used as prima facie evidence in actions of triple damages based on subsections (a) and (b) of § 268 of this title. These actions shall be governed in all its other aspects by the Rules of Criminal Procedure.
