§ 274b. Certifications—Establishment of parameters

The Commercial Development Administrator is hereby empowered to promulgate regulations within a term of ninety (90) days, to establish the parameters, definitions, classifications, procedures, and fees to be charged for the certification of voluntary chains and programs in common that qualify for this exception and that are deemed pertinent for compliance of this chapter, with the coordination of the Office of Monopolistic Affairs of the Department of Justice and the establishment of an active supervision of the public policy provided in this chapter.
