§ 460. Effectiveness of the transition process

(a) The transition process of the Government of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico shall commence on the fourth day after the general election is held.

(b) The transition process of the Government of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico shall conclude on or before December 31 of the year the election is held.
