§ 532d. Confidentiality and privilege

Any information related to any case or matter received by a person working in the center, or who is taking part in any program, is privileged and confidential and cannot be revealed without the written consent of all of the parties involved. Any investigation or evaluation of the activities and work of the center or program must not compromise the confidentiality of said information.
